Bhagavad Gita 13.29

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

समं पश्यन्हि सर्वत्र समवस्थितमीश्वरम्। न हिनस्त्यात्मनाऽऽत्मानं ततो याति परां गतिम् ॥

samaṁ paśhyan hi sarvatra samavasthitam īśhvaram na hinasty ātmanātmānaṁ tato yāti parāṁ gatim

Seeing indeed everywhere the same Lord equally dwelling, he doth not destroy the Self, and thus treads the highest Path.

In plain words: Whoever sees the same Lord living equally everywhere does not harm his own true Self. Such a person walks the highest path.
