atha chittaṁ samādhātuṁ na śhaknoṣhi mayi sthiram
abhyāsa-yogena tato mām ichchhāptuṁ dhanañjaya
And if thou art not able firmly to fix thy mind on Me, then by the yoga of practice seek to reach Me, O Dhananjaya.
In plain words: Krishna says that if Arjuna cannot keep his mind steady on him, he should reach him through regular practice. Dhananjaya is a name for Arjuna.
