sthāne hṛiṣhīkeśha tava prakīrtyā
jagat prahṛiṣhyaty anurajyate cha
rakṣhānsi bhītāni diśho dravanti
sarve namasyanti cha siddha-saṅghāḥ
Hrishîkesha! in Thy magnificence Rightly the world rejoiceth, hymning Thee; The Râkshasas to every quarter fly In fear; the hosts of Siddhas prostrate fall.
In plain words: Arjuna says it is right that the world sings Krishna's praise with joy. The evil spirits (Rakshasas) run away in fear, and the perfected holy beings (Siddhas) bow down to him.
