Bhagavad Gita 10.39

Krishna speaking to Arjuna

यच्चापि सर्वभूतानां बीजं तदहमर्जुन। न तदस्ति विना यत्स्यान्मया भूतं चराचरम् ॥

yach chāpi sarva-bhūtānāṁ bījaṁ tad aham arjuna na tad asti vinā yat syān mayā bhūtaṁ charācharam

And whatsoever is the seed of all beings, that am I, O Arjuna; nor is there aught, moving or unmoving, that may exist bereft of Me.

In plain words: Krishna tells Arjuna he is the seed from which every living being comes. Nothing at all, moving or still, can exist without him.
