यो मामजमनादिं च वेत्ति लोकमहेश्वरम्। असम्मूढः स मर्त्येषु सर्वपापैः प्रमुच्यते ॥

yo māmajam anādiṁ cha vetti loka-maheśhvaram asammūḍhaḥ sa martyeṣhu sarva-pāpaiḥ pramuchyate

He who knoweth Me, unborn, beginningless, the great Lord of the world, he among mortals without delusion, is liberated from all sin.

In plain words: Krishna says that anyone who truly understands him as never born, without beginning, and the great Lord of the world is free from confusion. Such a person is freed from all sin.
