अयनेषु च सर्वेषु यथाभागमवस्थिताः। भीष्ममेवाभिरक्षन्तु भवन्तः सर्व एव हि ॥

ayaneṣhu cha sarveṣhu yathā-bhāgamavasthitāḥ bhīṣhmamevābhirakṣhantu bhavantaḥ sarva eva hi

Therefore in the rank and file let all, standing firmly in their respective divisions, guard Bhîshma, even all ye generals.

In plain words: So Duryodhana orders all his generals to hold their places in the ranks and protect Bhishma above all.
